We went out today, fascinating to have a wander around a massive city! Walking along the busiest street in the City, Oxford Street, is not very safe at all because no one really looks where they are going. Don't blame them for that, man!, things, stuff, shops, people, whatever!, are a thousand times more interesting than your own safety. We accidentally got lost in the aisle of "Brand names" (Actually, it is a long street). Well, do not be so sure that you will recognise these extravagantly priced shops. Come here and you'll forget Gucci, Prada, Chanel bla bla bla..There are literally security guards dressed in Armani...I myself was thinking about applying for that job just to be able to wear Dolce & Gabana suits, just for once in my life! (hahhaha) There was literally a Limo right in front of a shop and a real bodyguard (as seen on films) stood right there, ready to attack whoever looked too poor to get in the shop. (just joking) As we walked, I asked myself how could I be a footballer's wife, there they were, some cockney chics poped their heads out of a white Limo, shouting to people either on the double-decker bus or along the busy street, well, just another Hen-night party. Anyway, we were trying so bloody hard not to spend any money but we surrendered to a Japanese Shop for some Sushi and Dorayaki. On the way to the tube station, the money sucker shop was located smack-bang right next to it, man, who could resist the mouth watering scent of a Belgian waffle with original melted Belgian chocolate or fluffy whipped cream. No, not me..I proved that I couldn't, by grabbing one with Belgian Chocolate. The result? We got home and I made some Yakisoba noodle, Miso soup and the Sushi we bought. We had two pieces of Sushi each and totally admited that the waffles'd already filled us up. Lesson: Make sure you DO pinch your nose next time you pass the Waffle Shop. Good bye.
